Xpert Web Solution  Terms of Service ("Terms")

1. I/We, or any members of my family, or guests, while participating in any GCSS event, release GCSS and their board members and officers from any and all liabilities for injury and/or damage to any person or property. I also give my authority and permission to GCSS for taking any and all actions, which seems necessary in the event of injury and/or damage to persons or property. I have read and fully understood the terms of this liability release.
2. There may be some nominal user fee to participate in several programs during the year. Fees will be decided by committee members from time to time depending on program.
3. Membership is non transferable and non refundable.
4. If you wish not to publish your family information in any print or digital material, please advise GCSS board members in writing & make sure you not a part of any kind of picture or group picture/s.
5. GCSS board try best efforts to protect your data. For any reason if the data leak or hacked from GCSS webstie  or any other source for that GCSS or board member is not liable for that.
